Exchanges or returns will only be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

If, for any reason, you want to exchange or return your purchases, please make sure that the tags are intact and the garment/item is not damaged, soiled, washed or altered as in such case, the items will not be accepted for exchange.
Please make sure that you return the items for exchange along with the copy of the receipt and original tags. Your order will be processed within 7 working days after we receive your item/s.
If you want the item/s in a different size, and the item you want is sold out under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then please DM us on facebook and we will get back to you.
We will check for the availability in our stock and notify you. Incase the item in question is no longer available, we can exchange it for other items or offer a gift card equaling to the amount paid by you.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and will not get damaged on the way.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
All goods will be inspected on reaching our warehouse. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
If you wish to cancel your order, it should be done before the order is processed, which is within 24 hours of placing the order following which, the billing amount will be refunded to your account within 48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
